Getting Back Into The Business Sale
So I am getting back into construction and offering a deal for building a light structure with insulated panels.
I have done two projects like this in the past and now I am looking to offer it as a service.
These kinds of things can be built on more or less any level surface. The interior can be the panels themselves or drywall. You may want something like this as an outdoor shed, workshop, spare room or anything really.
You may need permits for this.
It can be built on a free standing wooden platform that would allow for the whole structure to be moved with a lift, obviously that would depend on the size.
Plumbing, electric, windows, doors and I guess whatever else you can think of are all possible.
What Is The Price Going To Be?
I am going to be doing this first job for materials plus 10%.
usually the price of such a project will be materials plus 30%
Including work something like this can cost anywhere from 5,000 to 30,000 Shekel.
